Terms and Conditions
All our toys are officially CE approved for children 3 years plus.
Stock
Whilst we try to retain a good level of stock sometimes we run out! If this is the case and you order, we will inform you straight away and offer to either send the 'out of stock' goods when they arrive or refund the 'out of stock ' item (plus difference in postage costs if applicable)
Payment
We accept most major credit / debit cards, cheques and postal orders. For cheque payments, please allow a little longer for delivery as we may have to wait for your cheque to clear first.
Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 - 5 working days, but in most cases, goods are dispatched either same day or the next day. Should your order be likely to take much longer we will inform you by phone or email.
Orders we send have varying costs for delivery and are based on the weight of the delivery. (this is automatically calculated in the checkout process) Here is how it is worked out...

*0kg - 0.5kg = 2.50
*0.5kg - 0.75kg = £3.50
*0.75kg - 1kg = £4.50
*1kg - 1.5kg = £5.50
*1.5kg - 3kg = £6.50
*3kg - 5kg = £7.95
*5kg - 8kg = £8.95
*8kg - 10kg = £10.00
*10kg - 20kg = £14.00
*20kg - 30kg = £20.00
*30kg - 40kg = £28.00
*40kg - 50kg = £36.00
*50kg - 65kg = £44.00
over 65 kg = £120
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, just send it back to us with the original packaging in the condition it was recieved, within 14 days and we will be happy to refund the purchace price or replace the item. (Unless damaged, P&P must be paid for by the purchaser for sending and returning)
Privacy
We do not share, sell, or lease personal information about you to any third party for any reason, other than if required to do so by law.
We send out a monthly newsletter to customers. If you do not wish to recieve them there is an option to be taken off the database at the bottom of the newsletter.
Sizing, Colouring & Pricing
All sizes are approximate and are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown. Prices are correct at time of site update but may be subject to change. All prices include VAT @ 17.5%
